Ham and Scalloped Potatoes

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Thinly sliced potatoes
- 2 cups Diced ham
- 1 cup Grated cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 3 tablespoons All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in the milk, cooking until the mixture thickens and bubbles. Season with salt and pepper.
In a baking dish, layer half of the potatoes, ham, and cheese. Pour half of the sauce over the top. Repeat the layers.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
