Ham and Scalloped Potatoes

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Thinly sliced potatoes
- 2 cups Diced ham
- 1 cup Grated cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 3 tablespoons All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. 
- Gradually whisk in the milk, cooking until the mixture thickens and bubbles. Season with salt and pepper. 
- In a baking dish, layer half of the potatoes, ham, and cheese. Pour half of the sauce over the top. Repeat the layers. 
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown. 
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
