  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoon All-purpose Flour
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Milk

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
