  • 1 pinch Salt Optional

Instructions 

  1. Place eggs in a pot and cover with cold water.
  2. Bring water to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Once boiling, remove from heat and cover the pot. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Drain and transfer eggs to a bowl of ice water. Let cool for 5 minutes.
  5. Peel and serve.
