  • 1 package frozen hash browns thawed
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine hash browns, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, chopped onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Pour melted butter evenly over the top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
