- 1 package frozen hash browns thawed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup butter melted
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine hash browns, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, chopped onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Pour melted butter evenly over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
