  • 4 pcs Russet potatoes peeled
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Grate the potatoes using a grater.
  2. 2. Rinse the grated potatoes in cold water to remove excess starch.
  3. 3. Squeeze out as much water as possible from the grated potatoes using a clean kitchen towel.
  4. 4. In a bowl, mix the grated potatoes with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. 6. Add the potato mixture to the skillet, pressing down to form an even layer.
  7. 7. Cook until the bottom is golden brown and crispy, about 10 minutes. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown, about another 10 minutes.
  8. 8. Serve hot.
