Main Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes peeled and diced
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the chopped onion and continue to cook for another 10 minutes, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Serve hot.
