  • 8 chicken thighs bone-in, skinless
  • cup honey
  • ½ cup soy sauce low sodium
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions 

  1. Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and dried basil.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken thighs.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until chicken is tender and fully cooked.
