Horseshoe Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 4 slices Texas Toast
- 2 cups French Fries cooked
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 
- 2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper. 
- 3. While the beef is cooking, prepare the cheese sauce. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk and cook until thickened. Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and smooth. 
- 4. Toast the Texas toast slices in the oven until golden brown. 
- 5. Assemble the horseshoe: Place a slice of Texas toast on a plate, top with cooked ground beef, then a generous portion of French fries. Pour cheese sauce over the top. 
- 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
