  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 14 oz Artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 10 oz Frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
  3. Stir in artichoke hearts, spinach, and garlic until well mixed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot with chips, crackers, or bread.
