Instructions
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the tomato sauce, chili powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
4. Reduce heat to low and let the chili simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve the chili hot over your favorite hot dogs.
