Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chopped bell peppers
  • 1 cup Chopped hot peppers
  • 1.5 cups Apple cider vinegar
  • 6 cups Sugar
  • 1 packet Liquid pectin

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine bell peppers, hot peppers, and vinegar in a saucepan.
  2. 2. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Add sugar and return to a boil, stirring constantly.
  4. 4. Stir in liquid pectin and boil for 1 more minute.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and skim off any foam.
  6. 6. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
