Instructions
1. Combine bell peppers, hot peppers, and vinegar in a saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Add sugar and return to a boil, stirring constantly.
4. Stir in liquid pectin and boil for 1 more minute.
5. Remove from heat and skim off any foam.
6. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
