Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cup Ketchup
  • ¼ cup Pineapple Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, pineapple juice, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Place chicken thighs in a large resealable bag or container and pour marinade over the chicken. Marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes per side, basting with reserved marinade occasionally.
  4. Cook until chicken is no longer pink in the center and juices run clear. Serve hot.
