Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
- ½ cup Soy Sauce
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup Ketchup
- ¼ cup Pineapple Juice
- 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, pineapple juice, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
Place chicken thighs in a large resealable bag or container and pour marinade over the chicken. Marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes per side, basting with reserved marinade occasionally.
Cook until chicken is no longer pink in the center and juices run clear. Serve hot.
