- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 1 lb Mushrooms, sliced
- 2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped
Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until softened.
Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their juices and become tender.
Stir in the paprika and flour, cooking for another minute.
Gradually add the chicken broth and milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
Reduce the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Stir in the sour cream and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
