Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup Yogurt for marination
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Tomato puree
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
1. Marinate the chicken with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, and spices. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
3. Add tomato puree and cook for another 10 minutes.
4. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
5. Serve hot with naan or rice.
