Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 large Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
  • 2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 cup Water
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Stir well.
  5. Add chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink.
  6. Add tomato puree and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Season with salt to taste.
  8. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
