Indian Chicken Curry Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 large Onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
- 2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 cup Tomato Puree
- 1 cup Water
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped, for garnish
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. 
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. 
- Add minced garlic and ginger, cook for another 2 minutes. 
- Add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Stir well. 
- Add chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink. 
- Add tomato puree and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes. 
- Season with salt to taste. 
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
