Inside Out Grilled Cheese Sandwich
A twist on the classic grilled cheese, with crispy cheese on the outside.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread
- 4 slices Cheddar Cheese
- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
Butter one side of each bread slice.
Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
Top each slice with a slice of cheese, then place the remaining bread slices on top, buttered side up.
Cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted.
Sprinkle a bit of cheese on the skillet and place the sandwich back on top. Cook until the cheese is crispy, then flip and repeat on the other side.
