Main Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage chopped
- 2 cups carrots sliced
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 6 cups vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
1. Set your Instant Pot to sauté mode and add a splash of vegetable broth.
2. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the carrots, celery, and cabbage to the pot.
4. Pour in the remaining vegetable broth, salt, pepper, and thyme.
5. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 10 minutes.
6. Once the cooking time is up, do a quick release of the pressure.
7. Open the lid, stir the soup, and adjust seasoning if needed.
8. Serve hot and enjoy your detox soup!
