Instant Pot Vegetable Broth
This is a simple and delicious vegetable broth made using an Instant Pot. Perfect for soups, stews, or as a base for other recipes.

Main Ingredients
- 1 large onion quartered
- 2 cloves garlic smashed
- 2 large carrots chopped
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup parsley fresh
- 8 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Add all ingredients to the Instant Pot.
Close the lid and set the valve to sealing.
Cook on high pressure for 30 minutes.
Allow the pressure to release naturally for 15 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
Strain the broth through a fine-mesh sieve and discard the solids.
Let the broth cool before storing in the refrigerator or freezer.
