Island Style Sardines and Rice Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Rice
- 1 can Sardines in oil
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 small Onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, and sauté until they are soft and fragrant.
4. Add the sardines (with oil) to the pan and break them into pieces with a spatula.
5. Season with salt, black pepper, and soy sauce. Stir well to combine.
6. Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix everything together until well combined and heated through.
