  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 4 Jalapenos diced
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, diced jalapenos, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and melted butter. Sprinkle over the dip mixture.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
