Jalapeno Popper Grilled Cheese Sandwich
A spicy twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich, filled with jalapenos and creamy cheese.

- 4 slices Bread
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 pieces Jalapenos, sliced Remove seeds for less heat
- 2 tablespoon Butter Softened
1. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
2. Mix cream cheese and shredded cheddar in a bowl.
3. Spread cheese mixture on the unbuttered side of two bread slices.
4. Add sliced jalapenos on top of the cheese mixture.
5. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side out.
6. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook sandwiches until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
