- 12 Jalapenos halved and seeded
- 8 oz Cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of each filled jalapeno.
Place the jalapenos on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the breadcrumbs are golden and the jalapenos are tender.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
