Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Mashed potatoes
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg beaten
- ¼ cup Chopped onion
- ¼ cup Chopped parsley
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mashed potatoes, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, chopped onion, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Shape the mixture into small patties.
3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Cook the patties in the pan for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and heated through.
5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
