  • 2 cups Leftover pork roast shredded
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 Tortillas large
  • 1 cup Coleslaw mix
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese optional

Instructions 

  1. Heat the skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the shredded pork and BBQ sauce to the skillet. Cook until heated through.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  4. Place a portion of the pork mixture onto each tortilla.
  5. Top with coleslaw mix and shredded cheese, if using.
  6. Wrap the tortillas and serve immediately.
