Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef liver
- 2 large Onions sliced
- ½ cup Flour
- to taste Salt and pepper
- ¼ cup Butter
1. Rinse liver and pat dry. Slice into thin strips.
2. In a shallow dish, mix flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge liver slices in flour mixture.
3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft.
4. Push onions to the side of the skillet. Add liver slices and cook until browned on both sides.
5. Mix onions with liver and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
