Liver and Onions Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef liver
- 2 large Onions sliced
- ½ cup Flour
- to taste Salt and pepper
- ¼ cup Butter
- 1. Rinse liver and pat dry. Slice into thin strips. 
- 2. In a shallow dish, mix flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge liver slices in flour mixture. 
- 3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft. 
- 4. Push onions to the side of the skillet. Add liver slices and cook until browned on both sides. 
- 5. Mix onions with liver and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
