Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Lobster meat cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 cups Fish stock
  • 1 cup Tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 1 cup Celery chopped
  • 1 cup Carrot chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion, celery, carrot, and garlic. Cook until softened.
  2. 2. Stir in the tomato paste and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the fish stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Puree the mixture using a blender until smooth. Strain the mixture back into the pot.
  5. 5. Stir in the heavy cream and lobster meat. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
