Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Smoked Salmon
  • 4 Bagels sliced
  • 100 g Cream Cheese
  • 1 Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 1 Tomato thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Capers

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice the bagels in half and toast them if desired.
  2. 2. Spread a generous amount of cream cheese on each bagel half.
  3. 3. Layer the smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.
  4. 4. Add thin slices of red onion and tomato on top of the salmon.
  5. 5. Sprinkle capers over the top.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
