A classic Mai Tai cocktail recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 2 oz light rum
- ¾ oz lime juice
- ½ oz orange curaçao
- ¼ oz orgeat syrup
- ½ oz dark rum
- 1 Lime wheel for garnish
- 1 Mint sprig for garnish
Add light rum, lime juice, orange curaçao, and orgeat syrup to a shaker with ice. Shake well.
Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
Float the dark rum on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.
