Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Manicotti shells
  • 2 cups Ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook manicotti shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, 1 ½ cups mozzarella, ½ cup Parmesan, egg, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each manicotti shell with the cheese mixture.
  5. Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce in a baking dish. Arrange filled shells over the sauce. Top with remaining sauce and cheeses.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
