Main Ingredients
- 8 pieces Manicotti shells
- 2 cups Ricotta cheese
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 large Egg beaten
- 2 cups Marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook manicotti shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, 1 ½ cups mozzarella, ½ cup Parmesan, egg, salt, and pepper.
Fill each manicotti shell with the cheese mixture.
Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce in a baking dish. Arrange filled shells over the sauce. Top with remaining sauce and cheeses.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
