Marinade
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
