Marinated Mushrooms Recipe
Delicious marinated mushrooms, perfect as a side dish or appetizer.

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Button mushrooms cleaned and trimmed
- 120 ml Olive oil
- 60 ml Red wine vinegar
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- ¼ cup Fresh parsley chopped
- 1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside. 
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. 
- 3. Add the cooked mushrooms to the bowl and toss to coat. 
- 4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
