Main Ingredients
- 500 g Button mushrooms cleaned and trimmed
- 120 ml Olive oil
- 60 ml Red wine vinegar
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- ¼ cup Fresh parsley chopped
1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
3. Add the cooked mushrooms to the bowl and toss to coat.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
