Ingredients 

Marinade

  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoon Fresh Ginger, grated
  • 2 pieces Tuna Steaks

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Place tuna steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
