Marry Me Chicken Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- ½ cup Chicken broth
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 cup Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- to taste Salt and pepper
- ¼ cup Fresh basil, chopped
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 
- 2. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear them in the skillet until golden brown on both sides. Remove the chicken and set aside. 
- 3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. 
- 4. Add the heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, and dried oregano. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. 
- 5. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and return the chicken breasts to the skillet. Spoon some of the sauce over the chicken. 
- 6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. 
- 7. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil. Serve hot.
