Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- ½ cup Chicken broth
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 cup Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- to taste Salt and pepper
- ¼ cup Fresh basil, chopped
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear them in the skillet until golden brown on both sides. Remove the chicken and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
4. Add the heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, and dried oregano. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
5. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and return the chicken breasts to the skillet. Spoon some of the sauce over the chicken.
6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
7. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil. Serve hot.
