Ingredients 

Meatballs

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Sandwich

  • 4 Hoagie rolls
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the meatballs until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Transfer the meatballs to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. Warm the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
  7. Place meatballs in hoagie rolls, spoon marinara sauce over the meatballs, and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  8. Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
