- 4 ears corn husked
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup cotija cheese crumbled
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cilantro chopped
- 1 unit lime cut into wedges
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Brush corn with a bit of oil and place on the grill. Cook, turning occasionally, until charred and tender, about 10 minutes.
Remove corn from grill and brush with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with cotija cheese, chili powder, and cilantro.
Serve with lime wedges.
