- 2 cups White American cheese shredded
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 can Diced green chilies 4 oz
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon Onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon Cumin
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
2. Add the milk and heat until warm.
3. Gradually add the shredded cheese, whisking constantly until melted and smooth.
4. Stir in the diced green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin.
5. Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the dip is hot and bubbly.
6. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
