Microwave Baked Potato Recipe
A quick and easy way to make a baked potato using your microwave.

Main Ingredients
- 1 large Potato Russet or similar
- 1 teaspoon Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
1. Wash the potato thoroughly and pat it dry.
2. Poke several holes in the potato with a fork.
3. Rub the potato with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
4. Place the potato on a microwave-safe plate and microwave on high for 5 minutes.
5. Turn the potato over and microwave for an additional 5 minutes.
6. Check for doneness by inserting a fork into the potato. If it goes in easily, the potato is done. If not, microwave in 1-minute increments until fully cooked.
7. Let the potato cool for a minute before serving.
