Milk Toast Recipe
A simple and comforting breakfast dish made with milk, bread, and a touch of sugar and cinnamon.

Main Ingredients
- 2 slices Bread white or whole wheat
- 1 cup Milk whole or 2%
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Butter
- 1 pinch Cinnamon optional
- 1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown. 
- 2. In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling. 
- 3. Stir in the sugar and butter until melted. 
- 4. Place the toasted bread in a shallow bowl and pour the warm milk mixture over it. 
- 5. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired and serve immediately.
