Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon diced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 stalks celery chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups clam juice
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cans clams drained and chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Cook bacon in a large pot until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, sauté onion, celery, and garlic until softened.
  3. Add potatoes, chicken broth, and clam juice. Bring to a boil, then simmer until potatoes are tender.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and clams. Cook until heated through.
  5. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with bacon and parsley.
