  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 liter Club soda
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine grated ginger, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Strain the mixture into a bowl and let it cool.
  3. 3. Once cooled, mix the ginger syrup with club soda and lime juice.
  4. 4. Pour into bottles and refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice.
