- 1 cup Fresh ginger, grated
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 1 liter Club soda
- 2 tablespoon Lime juice
1. In a saucepan, combine grated ginger, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
2. Strain the mixture into a bowl and let it cool.
3. Once cooled, mix the ginger syrup with club soda and lime juice.
4. Pour into bottles and refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice.
