Instructions
1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil.
2. Add potatoes and carrots, cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
3. Add green beans and peas, cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Drain the vegetables and return to the pot.
5. Add butter and cream, stir gently to combine.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
