  • 1 lb Okra sliced
  • 2 cups Tomatoes diced
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add sliced okra and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 10 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
