Old Fashioned Pancakes Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. 
- In another bowl, beat the egg and then whisk in the milk and melted butter. 
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix. 
- Heat a griddle or frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake onto the griddle. 
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancakes and the edges look set, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook until golden brown on the other side, another 2-3 minutes. 
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
