  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • ¼ cup Green Onions chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, flour, beaten egg, green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Form the potato mixture into small patties.
  4. Fry the patties in the hot oil until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
