Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 slices Bread preferably sourdough
  • 4 slices Fresh mozzarella
  • 1 large Tomato sliced
  • 1 handful Fresh basil chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet.
  3. Layer the mozzarella slices on the bread.
  4. Add tomato slices on top of the mozzarella.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh basil.
  8. Serve warm.
