Open-Faced Tuna Melt Sandwich Recipe

- 1 can Tuna drained
- 2 slices Bread toasted
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Celery chopped
- ¼ cup Red Onion chopped
- 2 slices Cheddar Cheese
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven to broil.
In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, salt, and pepper.
Spread the tuna mixture evenly over the toasted bread slices.
Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each tuna-covered bread slice.
Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and broil in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 3-5 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
