  • 1 can Tuna drained
  • 2 slices Bread toasted
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Celery chopped
  • ¼ cup Red Onion chopped
  • 2 slices Cheddar Cheese
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to broil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the tuna mixture evenly over the toasted bread slices.
  4. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each tuna-covered bread slice.
  5. Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and broil in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
