Main Ingredients
- 1 piece Turkey Breast about 4-5 pounds
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 
- Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. 
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan. 
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). 
- Let the turkey rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
