Main Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
- 1 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
- 8 Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- ½ cup Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 1. Grease a baking dish and place the bread cubes and blueberries in it. 
- 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt. 
- 3. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and blueberries. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 
- 4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the casserole for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set. 
- 5. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
