Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 8 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • ½ cup Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Grease a baking dish and place the bread cubes and blueberries in it.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  3. 3. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and blueberries. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. 4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the casserole for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set.
