Main Ingredients
- 2 medium Zucchini sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. 
- Add sliced zucchini to the pan. 
- Season with salt and black pepper. 
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until zucchini is golden brown. 
- Serve hot.
