Main Ingredients
- 400 g Pasta any short pasta like penne or fusilli
- 200 g Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 150 g Mozzarella cubed
- 50 g Black Olives sliced
- 30 ml Olive Oil
- 10 g Basil fresh, chopped
- Salt and Pepper to taste
1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, black olives, and basil.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
